What we collect
At application stage we collect eight things only: the student's first name, grade, curriculum track, weakest subject, the parent's WhatsApp number, the student's WhatsApp number if given, why they want to join, and their consent. We do not ask for a full name, address, school, or date of birth.
Why we collect it
To contact the parent and judge whether the student fits the first pilot. We do not use this data for anything else, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.
Security
The data is stored on servers in the European Union, and nobody outside the Zaki team can read it.
How long we keep it
We delete every application six months after the first pilot closes.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time, and we will act within thirty days. Write to zaki.edu1@gmail.com.
Children
Every Zaki user is under 18. That is why the parent's number is required rather than optional.
